We cordially invite you to participate as a Sponsor of the 8th Annual MountFest art festival and to celebrate with the friars and staff of the Mount.

MountFest helps the Mount St. Francis Center for Spirituality continue to serve the community as the Retreat Center has for almost 50 years. This year, the newly formed offices of the Franciscan Arts & Earth Care Initiatives will join the Retreat Center in hosting the event. We invite everyone to come and help support our ministries while celebrating local arts, music, and food. The event will be held on Saturday, September 21, at the Mount; 101 St. Anthony Dr. Mount St. Francis, IN 47146. The event will run from 12:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.

Your sponsorship for this event, which has the potential to bring in over 5000 people, helps to defray the cost of organizing the event: security, publicity, entertainment, and public services. Funds received from sponsorships allow the proceeds from MountFest to further our ministries of prayer, retreat, arts, and earth care.

There are various levels of sponsorship for MountFest. They are as follows:

St. Francis Level Sponsor‐‐$5,000
- Listed as top sponsors on web site & newsletter with logo and link
- Prominent display of business name on signage at event
- Promotional materials can be on display at the information booth
- Special PA announcements mentioning sponsors name during the event
St. Clare Level Sponsor‐‐‐$2,500
- Listed as sponsor on web site & newsletter with logo and link
- Business name on signage at event
- Promotional materials at the information booth
St. Anthony Level Sponsor‐‐$1,000 or less
- Listed as sponsor on web site & newsletter with logo and link
- Business name on signage at event

  Business/Family names for signs at the event will be printed only in one color and should be submitted as you would like them to appear.
  Business Logos for signage should be submitted as hi-res (300 dpi) JPEG or EPS files. Most Photoshop and Illustrator files can also be accepted. Res (300 dpi), JPEG or EPS files.
  Logos for the website should be submitted as 72dpi JPEG or PNG files.
